By creating an account or using CemeteryOne, you agree to these Terms of Service, our Legal Disclaimer, Privacy Policy, and Acceptable Use Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the platform.

CemeteryOne is a cloud-based platform that enables cemetery organizations to manage burial plots, records, maintenance, donations, and public memorial pages.

You must provide accurate registration information and keep your credentials secure. You are responsible for all activity under your account and for the content your organization submits to the platform.

You agree to use the platform lawfully and respectfully. Prohibited conduct and content are described in our Acceptable Use Policy. We may remove content or suspend access for violations.

You retain ownership of content you submit. You represent that you have the rights to submit it and that it does not infringe the rights of others. You grant CemeteryOne a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host and display that content on the platform.

Each organization is responsible for its own data and the actions of its members. Data belonging to one organization is not shared with another.

Subscription fees are billed in advance through Stripe or PayFast depending on your region. Plans renew automatically until cancelled. You can cancel at any time to stop future billing. Taxes may apply.

Donations collected through the platform are directed to the relevant cemetery organization, less a platform fee. Donations are generally non-refundable; see our Refund & Donation Policy for details.

The service is provided "as is" without warranties. Our liability is limited as described in our Legal Disclaimer. We are not liable for user-submitted content or system downtime.

You agree to indemnify and hold CemeteryOne harmless from claims arising out of content you submit or your misuse of the platform.

Platform software, design, and branding are owned by CemeteryOne as described in our Copyright Notice. User content remains the property of its submitor.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which CemeteryOne is registered, without regard to conflict of laws principles. Disputes will be resolved in the courts of that jurisdiction, except where local mandatory consumer law provides otherwise.

We may update these Terms at any time; continued use after changes constitutes acceptance. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms. You may close your account at any time.
