Refund & Donation Policy

Subscription fees are billed in advance through Stripe or PayFast. You may cancel at any time to stop future renewals. Cancellation does not automatically refund the current billing period. Refunds for the current period are handled at our discretion and in line with the relevant payment provider's terms.

Donations made through the platform are directed to the relevant cemetery organization, less a platform fee that supports the operation of CemeteryOne. Donations are generally non-refundable, except where a refund is required by applicable law or the payment provider's policies.

A platform fee is applied to each donation to cover payment processing and platform maintenance. The remaining amount is forwarded to the cemetery organization.

If you believe a charge is incorrect, please contact us within 14 days of the transaction with details of the charge. Initiating a chargeback through your bank before contacting us may delay resolution.
