This policy describes what is and is not allowed on CemeteryOne. By using the platform you agree to follow it. Memorial content should be respectful and accurate to the best of the submitor's knowledge.
Prohibited Content
You must not upload or submit content that:
- is unlawful, fraudulent, or deceptive;
- is defamatory, harassing, threatening, or hateful;
- promotes discrimination or violence against any group;
- infringes the copyright, privacy, or other rights of any person;
- contains sexual or explicit material;
- is false or misleading information about a deceased person or their family.
Prohibited Conduct
You must not:
- attempt to access data or accounts that do not belong to your organization;
- interfere with or overload the platform's infrastructure;
- use automated tools to scrape data at a volume that harms the service;
- impersonate another person or organization;
- send spam or unsolicited messages through the platform.
Tributes and Memorials
Public tributes and memorial content should be submitted in good faith. We may moderate, hide, or remove tributes that violate this policy, and we may suspend submission access for repeat violations.
Enforcement
Violations may result in content removal, warnings, account suspension, or termination. We reserve the right to take action without notice where necessary to protect the platform or its users.
